On the occasion of the 53rd Bernetti Trophy, one of the most important sailing events in the Gulf of Trieste, Armare Ropes will be featured in the conference “Made in FVG Ropes Leading in the America’s Cup.” This is a unique opportunity to discover how our ropes have played and continue to play a leading role alongside Emirates Team New Zealand in the last three editions of the America’s Cup. Bernetti Trophy: A Program Full of Events
The Bernetti Trophy is not only synonymous with a prestigious sailing race — the second most important in the Gulf of Trieste, right after the famous Barcolana — but also with a cultural program rich in events celebrating sailing and the maritime world. In the days leading up to the regatta, traditionally held on the first Sunday of October, the Pietas Julia Sailing Club offers a series of conferences dedicated to sailing enthusiasts and anyone interested in discovering the latest developments in the sailing world. The 2024 edition, in particular, pays homage to the America’s Cup with a series of themed events, taking the audience on a journey through the history and technological evolution of the boats competing in the America’s Cup.
